The method:-
Cut the meat into very thin pieces.

In a frying pan, heat the oil over high heat, then add the meat and stir well.

Cover the pan and leave for 3 minutes, then remove the lid and turn the meat well until cooked through, for 15 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper to the meat and stir well. Remove the pan from the heat and divide the meat into the bread.

Spread the meat on the bread lengthwise, roll the loaf and close it from the sides.

In the same pan, put a teaspoon of oil, brown the loaf from the outside on both sides, pressing the sandwich with your hand to quickly take on a golden color.

Repeat the process with the entire quantity, then wrap the meat sandwiches in foil and serve hot.
