Potato meatballs
Ingredients
Half a minced meat
1 chopped onion
A quarter cup of chopped parsley
Potato slices
Minced garlic (as desired)
salt
black pepper
optional hot pepper
cumin
onion powder
Garlic powder
black pepper
The sauce:
tomatoes
salt
Mixed spices
Half a cup of broth or water
Tomato paste
black pepper
The method
Place the minced meat with the onion, parsley and spices in a plate, and knead well until the ingredients are combined.
Form into desired size balls and place in a tray.
Arrange the kofta fingers and potato pieces.
After finishing the quantity, we mix the sauce ingredients together over the fire, then pour it over the kofta.
Cover the tray with foil and put it in the oven until it is cooked, then remove the foil and leave it under the grill for a while, then serve.
