Croissant stuffed with chicken and vegetables
This recipe is easy, quick and very delicious. You can cook it for a light dinner with the family. It is also light and beautiful for children. They will love it very much. 🥐🍗
ingredients:
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package croissant dough
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
The way
1_ Preheat the oven before starting the recipe.
2_In a large bowl, mix the cooked chopped chicken, bell pepper, celery, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
3_ We spread the croissant dough and divide it into triangles according to the instructions on the package.
4_ Place a spoonful of the chicken and vegetable mixture on the wide end of each croissant triangle.
5_ Roll the croissant, starting from the wide end and rolling it towards the point.
6- Place the rolled croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and cooked through.
8- Garnish the dish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
You can also add any vegetables you like to the recipe.
