دجاج مخبوز حلو وحامض😍


مكونات:

4 صدور دجاج منزوعة الجلد والعظم، مقطعة إلى قطع بحجم 1 بوصة

1 كوب نشا الذرة

2 بيضة كبيرة

1/4 كوب زيت نباتي

1/2 كوب سكر حبيبي

1/4 كوب كاتشب

1/2 كوب خل التفاح

2 ملعقة كبيرة من صلصة الصويا

1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الثوم

1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح البحر


تعليمات:


سخني الفرن على درجة حرارة 325 درجة فهرنهايت (163 درجة مئوية) وقومي بتغطية صينية خبز مقاس 13 × 9 بوصة بورق البرشمان. ضعيها جانبًا.

تبلي قطع صدور الدجاج بالملح والفلفل.

أضيفي نشا الذرة إلى كيس بلاستيكي كبير وأضيفي إليه قطع صدور الدجاج. أغلقي الكيس ورجيه جيدًا لتغطية الدجاج بنشا الذرة بالتساوي.

في وعاء ضحل، اخفقي البيضتين الكبيرتين.

سخني الزيت النباتي في مقلاة على نار متوسطة إلى عالية حتى يسخن.

قومي بغمس كل قطعة دجاج مغطاة بالنشا في البيض المخفوق، مع التأكد من تغطيتها جيدًا.

قم بتحريك قطع الدجاج المغطاة في المقلاة حتى يتحول لونها إلى اللون البني الذهبي.

Biscuit garlic butter cheese

 Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs


Ingredients:


1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

4 ounces mozzarella cheese (soft, shredded or diced string cheese)

4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt


Directions:


Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Biscuits:

Open the container of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.

Add the Cheese:

Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit dough circle.

Fold the edges of the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Season and Bake:

Place the cheese-filled biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the seasoned butter mixture.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.

Serve:

Serve the garlic butter cheese bombs warm. Enjoy them on their own or with a dipping sauce of your choice.

These Taco-Stuffed Cheesy Pockets are a flavorful delight! The blend of seasoned beef, creamy cheese, and salsa wrapped in tortillas creates a delicious and satisfying dish. Perfect for any occasion!
Loaded Taco-Stuffed Cheesy Pockets
Ingredients:
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 pound ground beef
½ cup salsa
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
12 6 inch tortillas
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and cook thoroughly over medium heat.
Drain the grease from the skillet and add in the packet of Taco seasoning mix, following the directions on the package.
In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
Add in the cup of salsa and blend well.
While holding a tortilla, place a spoonful of cheese mix in the center of the tortilla.
Place a spoonful of taco flavored beef, to cover the salsa and cheese mix.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Fold the tortilla and filling as you would with a burrito.
Lightly spray a baking tray with non-stick spray.
Place rolled tortilla onto greased tray.
Brush the tops of the tortilla rolls with melted butter.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and add your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives, more cheese.
