1- Quarter kilo of minced meat
2 grated onions

A/
1- We will bring a bowl and put in it the meat, onions, spices and breadcrumbs. We will knead them well, then form them into small balls.
2- Then we put the kofta in the flour, then fry it in oil, take it out and put it aside.
3- Sauce: Put chopped onion in the same pan and stir continuously until golden, then add two spoons of flour, then add a cup of milk, a little water, salt and black pepper until you reach a consistent consistency, then put it on top of the kofta.
