Ingredients:
2 and a half cups of flour.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
60 grams of butter.
A quarter cup of warm milk.
A teaspoon of richness.
A tablespoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon vanilla
A little salt.
an egg.
frying oil.
How to prepare:
Mix the sugar with the butter, then add the milk and whisk.
Add flour, yeast, baking powder, vanilla, salt and eggs.
Mix the ingredients together for at least 10 minutes until you get a soft, consistent dough.
Leave the dough to rest for at least an hour in a warm place.
Spread the dough on a floured surface, then cut it into circles using a large cutter, then bring a small cutter to make small circles inside the large circles.
Arrange the donuts on a tray and leave to rise again for at least half an hour.
We leave the pan on the fire with plenty of oil and leave it until it heats up.
Fry the remaining donuts in oil until golden brown. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the donuts and serve.
