Bimoo biscuits
Ingredients 😍
1 cup of Seman O Zabedeh
Half a cup of powdered sugar
1 egg at room temperature
A pinch of vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
A spoon of black honey (optional)
For decoration 😍
A quarter kilo of raw chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
The method 😍
Using an electric or hand mixer, mix the butter, then add the powdered sugar and beat until it becomes creamy and lightens in color, then add a spoonful of black honey and stir well.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat until completely dissolved.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the starch and baking powder, stir, then add to the butter mixture.
Stir until the flour disappears and leave for ten minutes. Then bring plastic bags and spread the dough between them. Cut circles half a centimeter thick and place them on a baking tray.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked and the appropriate color is reached, then leave to cool.
For decoration 😍
We bring a bowl or a saucepan and put in it a quarter kilo of chopped raw chocolate, then put it in a pot of boiling water until the chocolate melts.
Then we add 2 tablespoons of butter and mix well. We take a biscuit and put chocolate on it, then we put another biscuit on top of it until the quantity is finished.
Then we prepare a tray with butter paper or a plastic bag on it, and we take the biscuits and put them in the melted chocolate and put them on the prepared tray and leave them until the chocolate solidifies. If there is any excess, it is evened out with the tip of a knife and served.
